    When the red notification card is received In the mail or an email letting you know your package is avaliable after 4pm best to call and ask before you drive up to be turned away like many were yesterday .

    One extremely rude staff member who makes you feel like your delivery is a hassle for her. Long queues aren't the real issue it's her attitude towards people and how she treats

    If they are aware the pick up procedure isn't working get it changed with Australia Post and STOP making it thre customers fault .
